This has been a labor of love in a million ways. There is nothing like starting a project with a big goal in mind and having no idea how to get there. Doing and re-doing lots of times in order to get to the end result... completely being in the weeds and finding your way through. It has tested my fortitude and inner strength to keep going despite not knowing what the end result would be. Having many talks with my ego along the way... It's a vulnerable place to be, to share from the heart, but it's also been very healing to go through this process.

Personal Alchemy: Love Letters to My Heart, is a collection of short writings and poems written over a decade of journaling. This book was spurred by my marriage ending and an awakening to the fact that I was relying on others for my happiness.

I write about topics like love, relationships, personal transformation, being a woman, body image and life. The writings are an expression of my journey of living a life being alive and fully awake in my body.

My hope and wish is that my writing will inspire personal growth and transformation on the reader’s own journey.
