RIW Classes, Events and... Happy V-Day

Hello!

I am back in the studio this week and looking forward to seeing you in class or for your private sessions! It feels good to be feeling well again. :-)

This week, I wanted to share some of the upcoming classes, events and weekly class offerings instead of the usual newsletter.

Tai Ji Quan Moving for Better Balance ~ Beginner Class

This is an awesome class for building strength, improving balance, coordination and also great for relaxation and breathing.

Begins NEXT TUESDAY February 21st. The class is taught online and can be taken by anyone, anywhere in the U.S.

Please share this info with friends, family or co-workers who know someone who may benefit! This class is suitable for most people and does not require getting up and down off the floor.

No prior experience needed.

Candlelight, Gentle & Restorative Yoga

This class is a wonderful way to relax and wind down at the end of your day. Clears the head, releases tension and makes for a great night's sleep.

Every Wednesday ~ 6-7pm

Yoga for Women

This class helps to balance hormones, resets the nervous system, boosts energy as well as strengths the body and builds self-confidence. It's a great ab workout too... Come practice with essential oils, guasha facial self-massage, powerful breath work and a set of yogic exercises. This class will leave you feeling vibrant and powerful.

Every Sunday ~ 9:30-11am

Yoga & Waffles

Rooted In Wellness is joining with Superior Waffles again for a Yoga & Waffles Event at the end of February! This class will be a gentle flow with waffles served after the yoga class.
