Gentle Restorative Yoga

Gentle Restorative Yoga is a soothing and nurturing class designed to promote relaxation, rejuvenation, and inner peace. This class focuses on gentle stretching, slow-paced movements, and supported poses to release tension, ease stress, and restore balance to the body and mind.

Through mindful breathwork and gentle stretching sequences, participants are guided to explore deep relaxation and cultivate a sense of calmness. Props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks are often used to provide additional support and comfort, allowing students to fully surrender into each posture.

Whether you're looking to unwind after a long day, alleviate muscle stiffness, or simply cultivate a deeper connection to yourself, this class offers a sanctuary for self-care and renewal. Suitable for all levels, including beginners and those with physical limitations, Gentle and Restorative Yoga invites you to slow down, tune into your body's needs, and embrace the healing power of stillness and gentle movement.
