Gentle Yoga

Find ease and balance in your body and mind with this calming and accessible Gentle Yoga class. Designed for all levels, this class focuses on slow, mindful movements, gentle stretching, and breath awareness to release tension and promote relaxation.

Whether you're new to yoga, recovering from an injury, or simply looking for a soothing practice, Gentle Yoga offers a supportive space to build flexibility, strength, and inner peace.

Modifications and props are encouraged to meet your unique needs. Leave feeling refreshed, restored, and deeply connected to your body.
