In Yoga 101, you’ll learn essential yoga poses, breathing techniques, and basic principles of alignment.
Our focus is on building strength, flexibility, and balance at a comfortable pace, with modifications to meet each participant’s needs.
No previous experience or specific level of fitness is required. By the end of this class, you'll have a solid foundation in yoga and feel more confident in your practice so you can continue on with a variety of yoga classes.
This class is a 6-week series that meets 1x a week on Thursdays at 4:45pm. By signing up for this series, you are signing up for all 6 classes.

(10-Class Passes are accepted - 6 credits)
