Yoga for Healthy Aging

In this class, you'll explore yoga practices designed to promote strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness—key components of healthy aging. Through gentle movement, breathwork, and guided relaxation, we'll focus on techniques that support joint health, muscle tone, and core stability, while nurturing mental clarity and emotional resilience.

Each session is accessible to all levels, whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner looking to adapt your practice for lifelong well-being. Modifications and props will be offered to ensure that each pose is supportive, safe, and effective for your unique needs. Join us for a holistic, empowering journey towards aging with vitality, grace, and ease.

This class is a 6-week session that meets 1x a week. Choose from Tuesdays or Thursdays at 11:15-12:15pm. By signing up for this class, you are registered for all 6 classes.

Your investment: $99 for 6-class session

(10-Class Passes are accepted - 6 credits)
