Beginning yoga is just that. Have you wanted to start practicing yoga, but you're too nervous to hop into a class out of worry that everyone will be more advanced than you? This class is designed to teach you some of the most basic foundations of a yoga practice including - vinyasa, hatha and yin style practices.
This is a 4-week series on Sundays at 9am from January 2nd through the 23rd. Registration includes all classes.
