Wednesday Evening Yoga
MAY 18, 11 pm - MAY 19, 12 am CDT

This class is open and welcome to all levels of yogis whether you are just beginning or you have been practicing for a while.

A mix of various styles of yoga including Hatha, Vinyasa and restorative which means we'll be doing poses including, but not limited to dogs, standing hangs, warriors, sun salutations, pigeons along with some restorative work as well.
