This class is an opportunity to slow down and come into yourself on your mat and get in touch with your body and breath.
It is a restorative-style class where we'll keep the practice slow and low, with floor poses and some being held for longer periods of time. During a class we will generally go through 8-10 poses and hold them for around 3-5 minutes each with some gentle movement between poses.
We use blocks, sandbags and various props to enhance the practice so you can more comfortably hold the poses a little longer and find new space in your body.
