Buddy training is a personalized approach to fitness for two. Together, we’ll create achievable goals and a clear plan that supports consistency, accountability, and long-term success.

Sessions are 60 minutes and customized for both participants, incorporating kettlebell training, bodyweight strength exercises, and yoga to support strength, mobility, and balance.
