Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, this session takes a deep dive into your personal health story—where you've been, where you are now, and where you're headed. Before we meet, you'll complete a wellness questionnaire to help guide our conversation and tailor your experience.
This coaching session blends ancient mind-body wisdom with modern-day practicality to offer personalized recommendations for:

- Daily Routines – Establish grounding, sustainable habits for more energy and ease
- Essential Oils – Use aromatherapy to support mood, focus, and balance

By the end of your session, you'll receive clear, actionable steps to support your wellness goals in simple, manageable ways.
- Length: 60–75 minutes
- Format: In-person or Zoom
- Pre-Session Homework: Please allow up to 7 days after submitting your questionnaire for thoughtful review before our meeting
- Ongoing Support: It is recommended that you purchase the follow-up package of 5 additional sessions that are each 30 minutes in length. We meet once a month to check your progress and support you as you make changes.
