  • Format: In-person or Zoom
  • Pre-Session Homework: Please allow up to 7 days after submitting your questionnaire for thoughtful review before our meeting
  • Ongoing Support: It is recommended that you purchase the follow-up package of 5 additional sessions that are each 30 minutes in length. We meet once a month to check your progress and support you as you make changes.

Tai Ji - Keeping Up the Practice

Keeping Up the Practice is for those who have completed the first 12-Week Session of Tai Ji Quan Moving for Better Balance. This class is independently run and not through the Juniper Network.

Class Schedule

  • When: Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:15AM
  • Dates: December 1st - March 4th
  • No class on: December 22nd, 24th, 29th or 31st
  • Class Location: Zoom link will be sent out prior to class start date.

Cost: $5 per class X 24 Classes = $120
Payment options: Online, check or venmo (There is no insurance reimbursement or funding to offset the cost of this class, so payment is required to attend). Payment plan options are set up when you go to pay.
