This class is designed to strengthen and connect with your core and pelvic floor through mindful movement and targeted yoga postures. By focusing on these foundational muscle groups, you’ll improve stability, posture, and body awareness, which can enhance daily activities and support other physical practices. We’ll explore gentle core activations, pelvic floor engagement, and breath work.
This class is ideal for anyone wanting to build a strong and functional core, recover from childbirth, or simply deepen their understanding of pelvic health. Suitable for all levels, including beginners.
Class is a 6-week series that meets 1x a week on Tuesdays from 4:45-5:45. By registering, you are signing up for all 6 classes.
