In this online coaching program, we will take a deep dive into...

  • What foods to eat.
  • Learn how to prepare healthy meals.
  • Learn how to eat for maximum benefit to nourish your body.
  • Developing a daily routine for self-care, calming your energy, and helping you feel your best.
  • Hormone management for PMS, Perimenopause and Menopause.
  • Creating an appropriate exercise routine that works for you.
  • Learn to bring together all the things, so you can evolve to a better version of yourself.

Your investment includes...

  • 5 months of coaching that will create lasting change in your life. Change takes time, and you deserve the support as you learn and make positive changes in your life.
  • Twice a month, we will meet for online group calls via Zoom with a presentation on one of the modules related to a deep dive topic shown above. Calls include time for coaching and Q&A. We will meet twice a month on Tuesday evenings from 6:30-8pm. Replays are available, but you won’t want to miss it live! (10 sessions total.)
  • Weekly check-ins via email, plus assignments to integrate what you’ve learned into your life.
  • Written materials on all the modules we will discuss.
  • Access to the online library with pre-recorded classes including a variety of yoga classes and strength training, plus more resources.

  • Program runs February 13th through June 11th.
  • Registration covers the whole program. Enrollment after the start date will not be accepted.
