Frequently Asked Questions

Yes! You’re welcome to sign up for a single class. Single classes are a great option if you’d like to try a class, fit yoga into a busy schedule, or join us occasionally without committing to a class pass. Simply register online in advance to reserve your spot.

No prior experience is needed. All classes at Rooted in Wellness are open to all levels of practice. Whether you’re brand new or have been practicing for years, you’ll be guided with options and modifications to meet you where you are. If you have specific limitations, injuries, or individual needs, please reach out—I’m happy to help you find the class or program that’s the best fit for you.

Classes at Rooted in Wellness are intentionally kept small, with no more than 8–10 participants. This allows for a more personalized experience, individual attention, and a supportive, comfortable environment.

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement and stretching. Bring your own yoga mat if you have one, though a limited number of mats are available for use.

All other essentials—such as blocks, blankets, and other props—are provided. If you have any specific items that support your practice, you’re always welcome to bring those along.

Listening to your body is always encouraged. You are welcome to modify poses, take breaks, or rest at any time during class. Yoga at Rooted in Wellness is about supporting your body—not pushing past its limits. You’ll be offered options throughout class, and you’re always invited to move in a way that feels safe and nourishing for you.

At this time, live online classes are not offered. However, you do have access to an on-demand library that includes previously recorded classes, my RIW Wellness Guide, the Nutrition guide, and additional wellness handouts. Access is available through the Unlimited On-Demand Pass or the Monthly 5-Class Pass, making it a great option if you prefer to practice at home, need flexibility with your schedule, or want additional support between in-person classes.

I completely understand that life happens, and you may need to cancel a class. For regular classes, please cancel online or contact me directly as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

If you cancel before the class begins, your payment will be credited and can be used toward another class. If you do not cancel prior to the class, you will still be charged.

Please note that this policy may vary for special events, and I reserve the right to adjust the cancellation policy for those offerings.
